For over 30 years, I’ve lived a full, outwardly good life—married, raising three children, now enjoying grandchildren, building a business in my community alongside my husband, and faithfully serving in church leadership.
I love Jesus. I’ve followed Him for decades.
And still… something felt off.
Despite doing “all the right things,” I carried a quiet sense of powerlessness and shame I couldn’t quite name. I knew Scripture. I taught Scripture. Yet inside, I often felt unsettled—working hard to keep peace, measuring myself by how others responded, and wondering why contentment felt so elusive.
God didn’t remove my circumstances.
Instead, He invited me to see and live differently.
Through years of personal wrestling, study, and prayer—and later through formal life coach certification in 2021—I learned how to slow down and observe my own thoughts. I began to understand how my inner world was shaping my experience of marriage, faith, leadership, and joy. As my mind changed, so did my capacity for peace—no matter where I was or who I was with.
That changed everything.
Today, I help women—especially those who feel like they’re walking on eggshells—learn this same skill. Not to fix their husbands. Not to escape their lives. But to stand steady, confident, and anchored in Christ, regardless of their circumstances.
You don’t need a new life to experience peace.
You need a new relationship with your mind—submitted to God.
I teach Christian women how to experience peace and confidence regardless of what others do or what is happening in the world around them.
Not by fixing the people in your life.
Not by abandoning your faith.
Not by disappearing to keep the peace.
But by learning how to strengthen your mind, honor your desires, and live anchored in God—right where you are.
And I’d be honored to walk that journey with you.
If you’re longing for peace and steadiness in your heart, even when life feels complicated, this may be the next faithful step for you. I invite you to book a free discovery call and explore what contentment could look like in your own life. 2 Timothy 1:7
